Caring for your All-Clad Nonstick Cookware
Basic Care and Cleaning: Before you use your All-Clad Nonstick for the first time, wash it thoroughly in hot soapy water with a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse it in hot water and dry thoroughly. Then wipe the nonstick surface with a small amount of cooking oil on a paper towel and wipe of the excess oil. You're now ready to cook with your new All-Clad Nonstick Cookware.
Care For All Nonstick Surfaces: Allow your All-Clad pan to cool and then clean thoroughly after each use. Do not cut food with a sharp knife while it is in the pan. Metal utensils may be used but be very careful because they can cause scratching. Scratches will not affect the nonstick release proprieties but can mar the beauty of your All-Clad. Plastic, rubber, silicon, and wood utensils are highly preferred. Just as with All-Clad traditional cookware, a heat setting higher then medium is never necessary because All-Clad's aluminum core distributes heat evenly, not just at the bottom but all the way up the sides.
Preventing Water Spotting: This is easy, just remember to rinse in hot water and dry with a soft dishcloth immediately.
Discoloration: TAcidic-based foods will not discolor your All-Clad Nonstick. Food film if not removed may cause discoloration on the pan when it is reheated. This will not affect the nonstick properties and can be removed easily with a paste of baking soda and a little water.
Cleaning Your All-Clad Nonstick Cookware:
Hand washing is recommended. Because food doesn't stick, the surface is extremely easy to clean without scrubbing. DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL, STEEL SCOURING PADS OR HARSH DETERGENTS. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe. It is best to use warm water and mild detergent.
Cleaning your All-Clad Nonstick Exterior: The exteriors of all All-Clad products are exceptionally durable and require very little care. If you need more details just select whichever of the following exteriors you need information on. DO NOT WASH YOUR ALL-CLAN NONSTICK IN THE DISHWASHER.
Important Notes: 1. DO NOT USE OVEN CLEANERS OR CLEANSERS WITH CHLORINE BLEACH. 2. DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL. 3. DO NOT OVERHEAT YOUR COOKWARE.
