The Master-Chef 2 Collection from All-Clad features a brushed aluminum alloy exterior with new Stainless Steel handles. The non-reactive cooking surface is handpolished 18/10 stainless steel that cleans easily.

The inner core of the MC2 Series is pure aluminum, not just at the bottom, but all the way up the sides. All three layers are bonded together for optimum heat conductivity.
The long, stay-cool handles are made of smooth stainless steel. Master Chef styles have high polished stainless steel lids. To maintain its appearance, it is best not to put Master-Chef in the dishwasher.
