The pasta pentola is the perfect pot for cooking pasta. The pasta pentola is a straight-sided stockpot with an inner collander. Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, then place the pasta in the inner collander. When the pasta is done, simply lift the collander by its handles (using potholders of course!) and drain the water into the stockpot. Shake to remover any excess water, and your pasta is done! When not being used to prepare pasta, the pentola can be used as an extra stockpot.
