Emile Henry cookware is made from clay that's only found in Burgundy, France. When clay is used in cookware, temperatures are very even and controlled. Ceramic cookware heats slowly, but holds heat for long periods of time. So, even as your oven cycles on and off, the food cooking in your Emile Henry braiser will remain at a constant temperature, resulting in moist, tender meats.
Choose a French-made braiser in one of four lovely colors. They include: Black, Rouge, Azure or Figue, a deep eggplant tone.
