Shun Elite Series Knives by Kershaw

New for 2007, the Shun Elite Series Knives combines superior quality and performance using three-layers of steel. These knives feature SG-2 Japanese powdered steel core that eliminates weak spots and imperfections. The knives are then temprered to an extremely high hardness (64-66 on the Rockwell scale for a sharp, durable edge and then clad with SUS410 stainless steel for addtional stregth and corrosion resistance. The result is a sharp knife that looks great and last a lifetime.
