Zwilling JA Henckels Thermalon Spirit cookware is coated with Henckels' new ceramic nonstick surface that is eco-friendly and contains neither PFOA or PTFE. This new nonstick coating does not release any emissions when you heat it, so you don't have to worry about any adverse health effects like with older, outdated nonstick materials. Additionally, this new material is better for the environment because it reduces carbon dioxide emissions during the manufacturing process.
Zwilling Spirit cookware features even heating and a quality stainless steel exterior thanks to its 3-layer try ply construction. The center layer is made of aluminum, so it conducts heat quickly and evenly. It also uses stay-cool handles for more comfortable cooking and is safe in the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit!
