In honor of our 10 Year Anniversary, MetroKitchen, in conjunction with CIA, is offering an exclusive sweepstakes featuring the giveaway of an exclusive grand prize: A 5-day Professional Chef's Boot Camp Getaway to the Culinary Institute of America. The contest is sponsored by the Culinary Institute of America and is open to everyone ages 21 years and older, no purchase is necessary.

The grand prize features a five-day Basic Training Boot Camp at the CIA in Hyde Park, NY-where the winner will learn how to cook in a whole new way. The CIA boot camp grand prize features hands on workshops, including training in knife skills, kitchen terminology, dry-heat cooking methods, and moist heat cooking methods. This grand prize also includes free dining in four of the CIA's on-campus restraints, participating in wine tasting, and a tour of the CIA campus. Also included in the grand prize is CIA's book, The Professional Chef and two chef uniforms, including jacket, pant and neckerchief. This grand prize trip includes 3 meals a day, cooking school and an invaluable learning experience. Second Prize is the CIA Masters Culinary Cookware 50 Piece Ensemble. In this set you will find all the tools you need for your kitchen from fry pans to bakeware, as well as spatulas and cutlery. Third Prize is a CIA Stainless 10-pc cookware set.
