What are these pans made of?

"I would love to get a panini press, and given A-C's high quality and good looks, I am tempted to purchase this. But before I do I want to know what it is made of. Is it constructed of aluminum? I especially want to know what the surface metal is, so I know what my food is touching. EDITOR'S NOTE: It's made from hard anodized aluminum. It has a durable non-stick coating for low fat cooking and easy cleaning."
