"This Chef's Pan is definitely a winner! It is useful for a variety of tasks. I have never made risotto in my life, and with this pan, I used it to saute onions and cook up a batch of perfect risotto! I would use this pan to make any rice dish. I have back problems and the handles on both sides make lifting this quality, substantial pan a snap to lift (even when filled with hot food). I own many All-Clad pieces and a container of Bar Keeper's Friend will become YOUR best friend when you need help cleaning up any stains caused by over-heating this cookware. I don't "baby" my cookware and this pan is like my other All-Clad pots and pans. Sturdy, reliable, and worth the investment!
