For easiest clean up, rinse removable parts immediately after using. Then wash in hot soapy water.
All parts are dishwasher safe, top rack only.
Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse electrical parts in water or appliance will be ruined and warranty will be voided.

"Breville BOV800XL Toaster-Convection Oven"

"I just purchased this oven and used it to bake breaded tilapia. It completed the task perfectly in 20% less time! Super user-friendly,well built. I have had several convection toaster ovens, this one is the quietest, and bakes evenly! The only down sides...it does not come with a second wire rack, pizza stone or the bamboo chopping board/tray that covers the top of the oven and provides a durable top that does not heat up. I wonder if Breville considered offering a rotisserie attachment for the oven.The oven gets quite hot on the exterior, and takes up a considerable amount of counter space. These are minor issues when you factor in the excellent design and performance features! I am looking forward to baking bread and biscotti in this! I highly recommend this oven!!! It is worth the price, because there is no equal on the market! It bakes better than my full size Kitchenaid wall ovens! EDITOR'S NOTE: Thanks for your ideas. We will be sure to let Breville know."
