  • Turn off and unplug appliance before beginning any clean up of the appliance.
  • Allow all parts to cool before removing cooking bowl. Wash the removable cooking bowl, stainless-steel steaming tray and glass lid in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Use a soft cloth and mild detergent.
  • DO NOT put in dishwasher
  • If rice is tuck on bottom of removable cooking bowl, fill bowl with hot, soapy water and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before cleaning by hand.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or metal scouring pads. These will damage nonstick surface of cooking bowl and surface of risotto maker. To clean the outside of the appliance, wipe with a warm, damp, soft cloth.
  • Do not put appliance or power cord in liquids as this will void the warranty and could cause electrocution.
  • One year warranty from Breville with normal use and proper care.
