This Chef's Choice 610 Premium electric food slicer has a serrated blade that's great on fibrous foods like ham or for slicing a large, crusty loaf of bread. Although it's serrated, this sharp blade is still capable of making thin slices for sandwich meats and other foods. This slicer from Chef's Choice also allows you to make thicker slices than their other models so you could use it for slicing boneless steaks or other large cuts of meat. Chef's choice electric sharpeners come apart easily for fast and thorough cleaning.
