"CIA Bakeware Cooling Racks"  
"This cooling rack was one of two items recommended by Cooks Illustrated. I purchased four racks, even though higher priced, because of the better quality afforded by the third support in the center of the rack. It fits my jelly roll pans perfectly and is a great rack for cooling bread rolls and cookies. Thanks Metro for a quality product."

"CIA Bakeware Cooling Rack"  
"I purchased these cooling racks because they are recommended and used on America's Test Kitchen, Cooks Illustrated. I am very pleased with the product. They have six feet and the grid is tightly woven, which makes them super strong. They look great and fit perfectly in the jelly roll pan. After getting these, I gladly threw away my old ones which were no comparison to these. Thanks for making such a great product. It was money well spent."

"The cooling/baking racks are great. They are highly utilized for all types uses: baking breaded pork chops, cooling, air drying brined poultry, etc.. I see these used frequently on America's Test Kitchen. They recommend these in their Equipment Corner as well. Well worth the purchase!"
