CIA Bakeware 1 1/2 inch Brush

The Culinary Institute of America Masters Collection pastry brush is perfect for a variety of baking related tasks. Use this brush to apply an egg wash or smoothing jam over a cake. You can even use the pastry brush from the Culinary Institute to brush loose crumbs from cake tops. This pastry brush was designed by Master chefs from the CIA. A key part of their design is the natural boar bristles that are firmly sealed to prevent shedding. The chefs at The Culinary Institute of America recommend having two basting brushes. One for baking and another one for basting.
