You can even use the pastry brush from the Culinary Institute to brush loose crumbs from cake tops. This pastry brush was designed by Master chefs from the CIA. A key part of their design is the natural boar bristles that are firmly sealed to prevent shedding. The chefs at The Culinary Institute of America recommend having two basting brushes.
