  • Recommended stove tops: gas, electric, electric rings, halogen, glass ceramic. Not suitable for use with induction cooktops.
  • Oven safe up to 500 degrees F
  • Not broiler safe
  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form. Pitting does not interfere with cooking, it just doesn't look good and can be easily avoided.
  • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
  • Do not use spray oils in aerosol cans, as they can damage nonstick cooking surfaces
  • To remove food residue and stains, use a non-abrasive scrubbing pad and a non-abrasive cleanser such as Soft Scrub
  • Steel wool, scouring pads, bleach-based cleaners, and abrasive cleaners such as Bar Keepers Friend are not recommended
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration.
  • We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping may occur.
  • Calphalon will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This Calphalon Unison sauce pan heats evenly and is dishwasher safe because it's constructed from hard-anodized heavy-gauge aluminum. Pan made in the USA!
