  • Recommended stove tops: gas, electric, electric rings, halogen, glass ceramic, and induction.
  • Both oven and broiler safe. Tempered glass lids are oven safe up to 450 degrees F.
  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form. Pitting does not interfere with cooking, it just doesn't look good and can be easily avoided.
  • Dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to preserve the luster of the stainless steel.
  • Hand wash using a liquid dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush.
  • To restore the shine to the stainless steel, you may also use Bar Keeper's Friend® cleanser (or other polish made especially for stainless steel) and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush.
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration.
  • We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping may occur.
  • Calphalon will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment.
