This Cristel Strate Brushed 7 piece stainless steel cookware set includes:

Each Cristel handle also has a "double safety" so if you're holding up the cookware and press the handle release button, the handle will not release.
Cristel Strate Brushed fully-clad cookware has a total of 5 layers of stainless steel and aluminum for fast evening heating. Three layers of stainless steel enrobing 2 layers of aluminum.

Cristel cookware heats evenly and quickly as result of a base of heat-conducting aluminum sandwiched between 2 layers of top quality stainless steel.
This aluminum base has no air bubbles where it meets the sides of the cookware. That means no hot spots!
Oven safe up to 500° F. Non-stick is oven safe up to 480° F
DO NOT PUT REMOVABLE HANDLES IN THE OVEN OR UNDER THE BROILER.
Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.

For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
Stainless steel cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 600° F.
Non-stick stainless steel cookware is oven safe up to 480° F. DO NOT put non-stick cookware under the broiler
DO NOT PUT REMOVABLE HANDLES IN THE OVEN OR UNDER THE BROILER.
Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.
To avoid damage to glass lids, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven. Before washing lids, wait until they have cooled.
Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
Dishwasher safe
To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser, such as All-Clad Cookware Cleaner.
Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with a fine-powdered cleanser.
We recommend allowing cookware and lids to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping or cracking may occur.
