"Already owned 1 loaf pan but needed a 2nd to accomodate the bread making recipes that seemed too large for 2 people. With this loaf pan I can freeze 1 loaf and enjoy the other. (It's a bit smaller than the regular 5 x 9 size.) The loaf pan does produce a nicely browned baked bread. "
