"Until Christmas 2006 I had been cooking with La Creuset cookware. However, it became too heavy to handle at my age. My husband bought me the Emerilware and I absolutely love it. I cook with gas and the heat distribution is fantastic with this product. I use it daily and it still looks like new. A little "Bar Keepers Friend" and even the copper glistens."

"I own the Stainless Steel 10-Piece Set. After following all directions, I find that you cannot fry anything, especially Corned Beef Hash in the fry pans without them sticking, no matter how much oil is in the pan. I am very disappointed."

"I just purchased this set. Last night I tried to cook hashbrowns in the 10 in. fry pan and they stuck to the bottom of the pan really bad. I used quite a bit of olive oil and only cooked them on med/low. I soaked the pan and got it clean but I sure didn't get any nice brown potatoes. I'm very disappointed and sorry I didn't go with hard anodized. :-("

"We just purchased the 10 piece set 2 days ago. I loved using the fry pan for scrambled eggs until I washed the pan and noticed a little spot/hole. Then I boiled some eggs in the small pot and got the same thing, only bigger. These spots won't come out and may or may not affect future use, but after the FIRST use I don't think a quality product would do that. I'm going to try and return them! Next time I'll buy American made...not like this stuff made in China."

"My husband bought this as a gift for me when we moved into our first house. I LOVE IT! The only way to be dissatisfied with this product is to not use it correctly. The heat distribution is wonderful. My husband and I are looking to get just a couple of anodized pans for frying and a tall stock pot for soups and stews. Emerilware is wonderful. The pots and pans have a good weight without being too heavy and not so light that they feel like they will wilt under high heat. Keep up the good work."
