  • Fissler stainless steel cookware is compatible with all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.

  • When boiling water, add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form. Pitting does not interfere with cooking, it just doesn't look good and can be easily avoided.

  • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser, such as All-Clad Cookware Cleaner.

Fissler Original Pro Collection 6.3 qt. Multi Star Pasta Pentola

The Fissler Original Pro pasta pentola is a convenient way to make and drain pasta. This three part Fissler cookware item comes with a 6.7 quart stock pot, a colander insert and a lid. Once the water has boiled, put the dry pasta in the colander insert and let it cook. When it's ready, lift out the insert, and drain the pasta. We will often use the stock pot itself (after emptying the wate) to heat sauce and pasta. Saves us from having to wash another pot!

Adding liquid ingredients is easier thanks to handy interior measurement marks. This German-made Fissler pot is induction compatible The Fissler pasta pentola has a lifetime warranty.
