Zwilling JA Henckels Four Star II 7 inch santoku knife with hollow edge is an all purpose chef's knife. The santoku or Asian cooks knife is designed to chop vegetables and cut meats. Thanks to its hollow edge, vegetables will more easily fall off the blade. This larger santoku knife has a bit more weight than smaller cooks knives but because of an updated handle design, you'll find it especially comfortable for big chopping jobs, such as stir fry broccoli and beef.
