  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the Zwilling JA Henckels pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
  • Oven and broiler safe up to 500° F
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form. Pitting does not interfere with cooking, it just doesn't look good and can be easily avoided.
  • To keep non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
  • Dishwasher safe
  • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser, such as Bar Keepers Friend. Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended.
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with Bar Keepers Friend or other fine-powdered cleaners.
  • We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping may occur.
  • Lifetime warranty from Zwilling JA Henckels, with normal use and proper care.

"Stylish and wonderful pans"  
"I just purchased this set and the pans are wonderful. I love the style and feel of the handles, nicely balanced and something to hold on to. The lids fit very well and the pans heat up quickly. I have friends that own All-Clad and are happy with the brand, but why pay the ridiculous price? I use my set to cook, not impress people with how much I paid. I am very happy with the performance of my Classic Clad set and the price I paid!"

"From 2008 to 2013"  
"5 Years later - still amazing! It still shines like new! The large fry pan has developed a small hot spot - but I tend to cook at very high temps and it's easy to work around. Cleaning I have down to a science - if you get some stuck on bits...fill the pan with water while the pan is still hot and place it on the "still hot" burner to soak. It loosens right up! I love love love this set!! "
