The John Boos Chop-n-Slice 18 x 12 x 1-1/4 inch cutting board is a useful size that's easy to handle. Chop-n-Slice boards are made in the USA and are a great value. They are smaller than the Boos commercial series boards, so you can easily fit them into the average sink. Made from hard rock maple, these cutting boards resist deep cuts and warping. John Boos cutting boards are made in the US and are NSF commercially approved.
