The 8-inch drop leaf allows you to increase the area of the cutting surface. This John Boos table's top is made from beautiful hard maple with an edge-grain construction. This premium wood is scratch resistant and sanitary because it's so hard. It's also sealed and protected from damage with John Boos' special beeswax finish.
