This large John Boos 20 x 15 x 1-1/4 inch Slicer cutting board is the right size for handling roasts and turkeys to feed a crowd. This reversible comes with four removable pins that help keep food from shifting while you slice. The tree-shaped groove in the center of the cutting surface collects juices that you can use later for gravy. This sturdy cutting board is made in the USA.
