The Shun Pro 2 Deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife shape It is similar to a Chefs knife and is primarily used for chopping. This Shun Pro Deba knife, at 4 ½ inches is the smallest of the Deba knives from Kershaw Shun. It has a wider blade as compared to the thinner blade found on the Shun Yanagiba knife.
