  • To clean, you must first disassemble the pasta attachment.
  • Let the parts air dry for about an hour, then remove dried dough using the cleaning brush. If you still can't remove the dried pasta, try using a toothpick to dislodge it. Never use a knife or sharp object to remove dough.
  • Never wash or immerse attachments in water or other liquids.
  • NOT dishwasher safe
  • Do not run any towel or cloths through the rollers to clean them
