"I purchased this product January 2009. About 2 months ago the blue clock light burnt out. I called krups and sure they said they will repair it, but that means I have to pay for the shipping and be without a coffee maker while it is being repaired. Who knows how long that could be. If you want a krups coffee maker go with the digital clock one not this model. I am extremely unhappy with krups customer service. I have use krups all my life and I feel they should have sent me a replacement one."
