For the best cooking performance (on all cooktops, except induction), we recommend heating your Mauviel M'Stone non-stick cookware for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. FOR INDUCTION, DO NOT HEAT PAN THAT IS EMPTY or you may cause damage to the pan and induction cooktop.
Use a low to medium heat setting.
Compatible with most cooking surfaces, including induction.
Oven and broiler safe up to 500° F
Dishwasher safe
To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad.
We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping may occur.
