Mauviel M'Stone 11 inch Fry Pan

The Mauviel M'Stone non-stick 11 inch fry pan is great for making eggs, omelets, even bananas foster! This easy to clean non-stick skillet is amazing. We've burned eggs on purpose in M'Stone skillets to see how tough they'd be to clean. What a surprise! The burned egg easily flaked off and the bit that was left was gone after a spin in the dishwasher. We even burned an egg and cleaned it by hand just to see how difficult it would be. No problem, it washed off completely with just a light amount of pressure.
Mauviel uses a superior quality ceramic non-stick coating for M'Stone. It is primarily made of sand or silica and is the best quality ceramic non-stick coating made by Thermolon. Most important, M'Stone is free of PFOA and PTFE and meets all international regulations for food safety.
