  • Grater is dishwasher safe. Plastic safety cover should be hand washed.
  • Rinse grater in warm water after each use and remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side if possible.
  • To remove food that is stuck to the front of each blade, soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
  • Use plastic safety cover when grater is not in us
