Pek Wine Steward – Supremo – chills & preserves one bottle at a time
Pek's attractive preserve & chill Supremo "capsule" has temperature control from 45 to 65 F, a quick chill button, and comes with two argon cartridges. Pek Supremeo chills one bottle at a time, but can preserve many bottles.

To preserve a bottle, remove the Supremo top and cork the bottle. Since argon is heavier than air, the argon won't escape during this process. Then insert the next wine bottle to preserve into the Supremo capsule. Each Pek cartridge can preserve up to 15 bottles, depending on the amount of wine in each bottle.
