  • Hand wash with a mild dishwashing liquid and thoroughly dry knives after washing
  • It is important to remove all moisture from the blade after cleaning
  • Allowing items to soak in water may cause staining as a result of mineral content in some water
  • Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts, as they may stain the surface of your knives.
  • Although cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended, if you do place the knives in the dishwasher, lay pieces flat on a rack rather than using the silverware basket
  • Do not expose to open flames or intense heat, as this can damage the blades or handles
  • For longer lasting knives, cut on a wooden cutting board. Cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass quickly dulls blades.
