"Great Frypan"  
"Purchased to replace an 8" Calphalon non-stick that was totally useless, even water stuck to it. This ScanPan is non-stick without the teflon, which is great. Even though its light weight, it holds heat well, cooks evenly, and clean up is a dream. This pan is great for omelets and crepes. "

"It kind of works"  
"After I got this pan I tried to fry an egg with no oil added. To say it stuck to the pan would be an understatement. I left about half the egg on the pan, and ate what was left. I later tried to fry an egg after adding a very small amount of oil. The egg slid around on the pan so much it was hard to flip it! So when the pan is brand new it works if you use a small amount of oil. Only time will tell if the non-stick performance lasts. EDITOR'S NOTE: We've tried this pan w/an egg without any type of butter or oil and had no problems with sticking. One suggestion is to use a lower heat setting. This is one of my favorite pans and I've had it for several years now. Thanks for the review."
