"These pans are the BEST! -Browns things beautifully for non stick. -Perfect on gas stove. No chemicals to make it non-stick...ceramic and titanium. -Can use metal utensils!! "

"scanpan does not last forever"  
"we own several pieces of scanpan and was very pleased with them initialy.But over time they did loose there non stick coating,We will buy them again because intially they were very good and they due last for many years EDITORS NOTE: Scanpan has a lifetime warranty!"
