"I've been using the ScanPan 10-1/4" square frypan for a month now and I'm totally satisfied. A minimal wipe with oil after the first use did enhance its non-stick ability with eggs but sprays & cooking oils are not needed. It heats very evenly and simply wipes clean with no sticking. This will be the only brand that I purchase in the future. "

"I have owned the square fry pan for two years and now have one in our second home. There is no better pan for frying four burgers or bacon. Yes, four round burgers fit better in this square pan better than any 12" round pan. Yes, this pan heats evenly. If I could only own one fry pan, this is the one. "
