"Helper handle is a huge plus; surprisingly maneuverable for its size and weight. Very even heating, nicely balanced. Good browning when pot is heated before adding oil and oil allowed to be very hot when food is added. Trumps my All-Clad for clean-up. Great on 15,000BTU Viking burners."
