For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating your Scanpan cookware for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
Suitable for most cooking surfaces.

Oven and broiler safe up to 500° F.
Nylon, silicone or wooden utensils recommended; however, metal utensils will not damage Scanpan's patented nonstick coating.

To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad
We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping may occur.
To remove charred or burn marks caused by fatty substances, add water to your Scanpan IQ cookware, about 3/4 full. Then bring it to a slow boil using meadium heat. Once the water is boiling, add about a 1/2 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid and simmer on very low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, empty water and let cool. Then clean cookware as you normally do.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not use aerosol sprays, as residue can impact the cookware's non-stick properties and may cause overheating, which will void the lifetime warranty.
Signs of normal usage, such as light scratches and wear, will not affect the cooking performance of the non-stick surface.

The Scanpan IQ Non-stick 10-1/4 inch square grill pan is a wonderful way to bring summer grilling indoors. Great for chops, shrimp, even vegetables, this Scanpan IQ grill is one of our favorites. We especially like that it's induction-compatible since we save both time and energy when using an induction cooktop. Plus, it's tough to find stove-top grills that are induction compatible and non-stick and as well-made as IQ from Scan pan. Thanks to a magnetic 18/10 stainless steel base, this non-stick grill heats quickly, evenly and consistently. Equally important, Scanpan IQ will not warp, peel, blister or crack.
