The Scanpan CTX 12 3/4 inch non stick wok is perfect for stir frying meats and vegetables as they won't stick to the surface. This wok in the Scan pan CTX line has a fry pan handle, making it very easy to use. It also comes with a semi-circular stainless steel rack, so as you finish cooking shrimp or veggies, you can place them on the rack so they stay warm but don't overcook.
