"I have owned several brands of cutlery including Henkles, Whustof, and the old Hoffritz (still some of the best ever). The Viking knives are by far the worst I have owned. The steel does no hold an edge, and the handles crack with light use. I was surprised they would put their names on these. EDITOR'S NOTE: We have offered to exchange these knives, though they were not purchased at MetroKitchen. We have also passed this complaint onto Viking. "
