"I just received 2 sets of these knives. Would like to know if they are dishwasher proof or should be hand washed?
EDITOR'S NOTE: We recommend all knives be hand washed for safety as well as long term durability. It's much too easy to grab a knife from the dishwasher the wrong way and cut your hand!"
