"SUPURB Slow Cooker"
"First of all, I REALLY shopped around for features and price and MetroKitchen.com had the best of all worlds!
I looked at the pricier one with the metal insert and decided against it because of ease of cleaning and overall performance of the ceramic insert. After use, it looks brand new after the ceramic insert is washed in the dishwasher... no hassle.
This model is the best of the best! You will NOT be disappointed!"

"Oustanding Slow Cooker"
"Received it promptly from MetroKitchen. This unit is everything I expected. We have made Beef Short Ribs, and Chicken Vesuvio so far. Easy to use, easy to clean, and the insert makes it a keeper. Definetely a 5 star product!!"

"All Clad Slow Cooker"
"Excellent company to deal with. Slow cooker works better than any I've ever had. Able to cook meats on low temperature without drying out. automatically switches to warm mode when meals are finished."

"Wonderful Slow Cooker"
"After my old Rival died, I read Cook's Illustrated review in the Aug. 2007 issue. I was very hesitant to buy the All-Clad because of it's hefty price, since I was very happy with the Rival. I closed my eyes and ordered it anyway. I made pot roast with red wine, then Thai Chicken, and then chili. All came out great and the extra features like the keep warm and timer came in handy. It's also great looking. It is well worth the money. MetroKitchen's price is very competetive and they delivered it in about 3 days. I have many All-Clad pots and pans and this meets their high standards of quality and function. "

"Terrific slow cooker"
"I too had an old, twenty-buck original Rival Crock Pot (integrated liner) I got 37 years ago as a wedding gift; after countless potluck dinners, stews, and Christmas Eve gloggfests its heating element went to the Great Kitchen in the Sky. I am a grownup now and though I cook less often, I find good tools make a world of difference. Took Cook's Illustrated's advice and bought this and I am not disappointed. Precise time and temperature control, liner lifts out easily and is not unwieldy and cleans like a dream (haven't needed to put in the dishwasher). Makes the best chicken soup I've ever had (sorry, Mom). Looks and feels solid and professional, definitely belying its assembly in China. Unlike the cast-aluminum insert model (more expensive) you cannot brown ingredients on the stove in the same container in which you cook, but so what? I have no problem using a skillet first. (Besides, this less expensive model has a see-through glass lid, whereas the metal-liner one has a solid stainless lid which needs to be removed to check the recipe's progress). I also got the 12-qt. All-Clad stockpot for stuff like lobsters, lotsa pasta, corn on the cob and, soups or chili for a crowd, but I suspect that I will rarely if ever have a crowd large enough to plow through more than the 6.5 qt. capacity of this pot. Good work, All-Clad!"

"This is the best slow cooker on the market! Bought one and loved it so much , we bought another for our other home. Cooks all recipes perfectly and so easy to use. Cleans up very easy , just wipes clean and looks brand new again. You will not be disappointed with this slow cooker and thrilled you bought one . MetroKitchen shipped very fast and on time.
