I have these two pieces and use them mostly to cook single servings of fish and chicken. I put the chicken and fish in the pans, cover with marinade, put in the frig for length of time recipe calls for, and then bake. They are well made and attractive, but I tend to use the A-C ramekins more. The ramekins are thicker metal and I use them on the stovetop, whereas I use these pieces in the oven only.
