Made of 18/10 stainless steel, it heats quickly and evenly to perfectly steam fruits, vegetables, even shellfish. The cooking surface doesn't react with foods, so foods retain their natural flavor and nutrients.

  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
