This Chef's Choice 120 Diamond Hone knife sharpener in brushed metal is an excellent, straightforward sharpener. You can use it to recondition heavily-worked knives or just for regular light sharpening. This Chef's Choice 120 uses three sharpening stages with different grits for sharpening European-style kitchen knives and sporting knives. It can also sharpen serrated knives with the stropping disc in its third stage. This Chef's Choice sharpener uses hard diamond abrasives in stages 1 and 2 so that it can sharpen even the hardest steel blades.
