Crisps your pizza's crust perfectly thanks to its micro-crazed glaze
Stain-proof glaze finish makes it easier to clean than non-glazed stones and it's dishwasher safe
Scratch-resistant surface is safe to use for cutting
Thermal ceramic keeps hot food hot and cold food cold
Good for use with almost any cooking surface - gas, electric, conventional and convection ovens, and any type of grill.
Made in France
Black pizza stone
Measures 14.5 inches in diameter
Made with clay, water, and other naturally occurring minerals.
Each ceramic pizza stone is hand crafted by skilled artisans.
Cookware is removed from molds and finished by hand, so each piece is unique and will have slight, normal variations.
The feet or raised surfaces on the bottom of the pan spreads heat during cooking. They will not effect the performance on a flat or glass cook top.
Safe for use on any type of heat source, gas, electric, halogen, broilers, grills and microwaves.
Please note, when heated, the stone expands slightly. This phenomenon creates small, thin cracks in the glaze, called crazing. These small cracks are not flaws, but are proof that Emile Henry cookware is resistant to temperature change. Crazing is also a sign of longevity!
Two-year limited warranty for household use with proper care

Brand: Emile Henry
Safe to use as a cutting surface
Safe for use on any type of heat source - gas, electric, halogen, broilers, grills and microwaves. Emile Henry cookware can be used on induction cook tops, provided a Mauviel induction disc is used.
Also safe for freezing
Preheat for 10-15 minutes before placing pizza on stone
No preheating is necessary when cooking frozen pizzas
It's important to slowly heat this ceramic cookware. Never heat an empty ceramic pot or pan.
Allow pans to cool before cleaning.
Do not place hot stone on a cold counter surface. After cooking, place the stone on a cutting board, hot plate, or trivets to avoid damage from thermal shock.
Avoid placing other pans or racks on top of stone while baking
To remove burnt or baked-on food, we recommend soaking pans for approximately 20 minutes before cleaning.
