Made in France
Olive, rectangular baking stone
Measures 13 3/4 x 17.5 inches
Made with clay, water, and other naturally occurring minerals.
Each ceramic baking stone is hand crafted by skilled artisans.
Cookware is removed from molds and finished by hand, so each piece is unique and will have slight, normal variations.
The feet or raised surfaces on the bottom of the pan spreads heat during cooking. They will not effect the performance on a flat or glass cook top.
Safe for use on any type of heat source, gas, electric, halogen, broilers, microwave ovens and grills.
Please note, when heated, the stone expands slightly. This phenomenon creates small, thin cracks in the glaze, called crazing. These small cracks are not flaws, but are proof that Emile Henry cookware is resistant to temperature change. Crazing is also a sign of longevity!
Two-year limited warranty for household use with proper care
