It's important to slowly heat this ceramic cookware. Never heat empty ceramic bakeware.
Allow to cool before cleaning.
Do not place hot stone on a cold counter surface. After cooking, place the stone on a cutting board, hot plate, or trivets to avoid damage from thermal shock.
Avoid placing other pans or racks on top of stone while baking
To remove burnt or baked-on food, we recommend soaking pans for approximately 20 minutes before cleaning.
