The Emile Henry Flame Top Bread Cloche in black is the easy way to make bread with the texture and deliciousness of brick oven baked bread. This French-made bread cloche from Emile Henry captures steam from the dough as it bakes. That means your home made bread will develop a crisp, thin crust and a mouth-watering golden color. Ridges on the based of the bread cloche help to keep the dough from sticking as it bakes. What could be a more appetizing aroma than freshly baked bread?
This useful ceramic bread baker can withstand higher heat compared to other clay or ceramic bake ware. The Emile Henry bread cloche is made in France.
