I have continually upgraded my cookware...starting with Calphalon, moving to All Clad and DeMeyere...then I bought Fissler on the recommendation of a friend from Europe. I LOVE this cookware!!! It heats up and retains the heat so tbeautifully. I was amazed at how it performed when I was searing, then deglazing my meat. It performs like classic cookware but with the speed of nonstick (and the handle is so much more comfortable than my last pan...) I'm in love.
